Payment
Cash, T/T 30% in advanced, 70% before delivery or By irrevocable L/C at sight..
Remark : Please make payment in U.S. dollars.

Arbitration
In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted to the foreign trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
